Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Minimum Requirements: Previous sales experience within a regulated company of at least 3 years; Proven experience of working to targets; Knowledge of FCA Principles; Excellent communication skills
Salary/package: Up to £45,000 (£60,000+ OTE) + bonuses + 25 days’ annual leave + healthcare + pension (5%, 5%) + study support + DIS + various other benefits

Our client is a successful, award-winning UK-wide IFA network with head quarters based in Horsham,West Sussex. The company has significant plans to grow over the next 6 months and has just started the search for a Business Development Manager to join its rapidly-expanding Sales & Recruiment team.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the group’s Sales & Development Director, the Business Development Manager’s key duties will include:
* To work closely with and support the Senior Sales & Recruitment Executive and the Sales & Development Director to ensure an increase in membership levels of high quality firms and individual advisers.
* To identify potential members using a variety of resources available and follow up with recruitment meetings to demonstrate the benefits of the company.
* To maintain thorough due diligence on all applicants thus ensuring suitability, integrity and quality of advisers joining the network.
* To work under own initiative or in collaboration with others to contribute to the growth and recruitment and retention objectives of the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates interested in the Business Development Manager vacancy will have the following criteria:
* Previous sales experience within a regulated company of at least 3 years
* Proven experience of working to targets
* Knowledge of FCA Principles
* Excellent communication skills
REMUNERATION / PACKAGE
The package for the Business Development Manager role is as follows:
* Salary of up to £45,000
* Bonuses
* 25 days’ annual leave
* Healthcare
* Pension (5%, 5%)
* Study support
* Death in Service x 4
