For this Service Charge Accounts Manager, you will have the opportunity to take ownership and showcase your precision and expertise in financial management and make a meaningful impact on their operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Liaising with Property Managers regarding managing of client finance and leaseholder reporting requirements
* Communicating with leaseholders regarding account-related matters and support PMs with reporting obligations
* Conducting audits of accounts and compile year-end packages for the accountant
* Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Collaborate with third-party accountants/auditors during year-end processes, the distribute of accounts to all relevant parties and dealing with any enquiries.
Experience fpor this Service Charge Accounts Manager role:
* Minimum qualification of AAT Level 3 or equivalent is essential
* Experience of Blocks Online would be advantageous
