Insurance Account Handler * Location: East London (parking available + short walk to underground station)

* Hours: 9am to 5.30pm (one day working from home)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Account Handler to join a leading firm of property advisors. This role is ideal for someone with a background in insurance, looking to further their career within a respected and reputable company that offers a broad range of services.
Day to Day of the role: * Updating risk information prior to renewal and preparing renewal documents for clients.
* Uploading premium information to the accounting system.
* Identifying and exploring new business opportunities both within the firm and externally.
* Liaising with the marketing department to contact prospective clients.
* Assisting with quotes and policy updates.
* Responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with landlords and brokers.
* Liaising with Loss Adjusters and claims specialists to manage claims effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
* Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
* Previous experience in an insurance role is essential.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
