Full Time Contract ( 3 months )
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking aHR Consultant in Newham. This is a contract without a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
* Deliver a professional advice and consultancy service that meets strategic objectives and positively influences the employee’s experience
* Assess all cases before determining the appropriate route for resolution, e.g., via discussion, mediation, or facilitated conversation
* Carry out job evaluation in accordance with the relevant job evaluation scheme and local conventions
* Proactively manage all assigned cases, e.g., resolution (grievance, bullying & harassment), disciplinary, capability, sickness
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
The candidate:
* Good knowledge of all aspects of employee relations
* Experience in a similar role in the public sector
* Good knowledge of fundamental HR policies and processes and their application in reaching a successful resolution
* Experience of leading change projects in large, diverse organisations
* Experience of providing clear and unambiguous advice on HR issues, exercising judgment and analytical skills
