What We’re Looking For:
* ?? Previous Experience: At least 2 years Admin Experience
* ?? Communication Skills: Bridge gaps between students, staff, and parents/caregivers.
* �? Passion for Education: Ideally, experience with children and young people.
* ?? Enhanced DBS Check: Valid and registered on the update service (or ready for a new adventure).
Your Role:
* ?? Team Collaboration: Work closely with students, parents/caregivers, and colleagues.
* �? Adaptability: Tailor syllabus to individual students’ EHCP.
* ?? Assessment Mastery: Employ a variety of strategies to evaluate pupil progress.
