The day job
The Administration Office / Quality and Compliance Administration Assistant will fulfil a critical role within the SopraSteria Desktop Account.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting the Administration Lead, in supporting the entire Service to provide administrative and logistical support. The responsibilities of this team are wide ranging and encompass the activities required to keep the account functioning in an organised and consistent way.
Supporting the International Standards (ISO) and Compliance Lead, in maintaining the certification of ISO 27001 (Information Security Management Systems), ISO 20000 (Service Management Systems) and ISO 9001(Quality Management System). This will include oversight of service and service-related project delivery in these environments.
Required skills
You need to have:
Experience in an administration role
Ability to work effectively across multiple projects/activities, while adapting to and balancing often conflicting demands
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint
Must be organised and have a strong eye for detail
Dedicated team player
Strong communication skills
UK Passport holder (10 years or longer)
This role is dependent on the successful candidate obtaining the Customer IDV clearance
It would be great if you had:
Knowledge / Experience of Document Records Management desirable but not essential,
Knowledge / Experience of ISO 9001/ISO 27001/ ISO 20000 desirable but not essential,
