Vacancy: Administration Assistant
Location: Avonmouth, Bristol
Rate and benefits: Up to £22,000 per annum, 33 days’ annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), stakeholder pension plus other benefits
Vacancy type and shifts: Permanent opportunity, full time, 4 on 4 off shifts, 12 hours (6am-6pm)
Due to the opening of a brand new BCA fulfilment centre in Bristol in January 2021, we are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join us and help build this exciting opportunity.
BCA delivers a diverse range of high-quality automotive services. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and product delivery, with large state of the art workshops and friendly experts trained to deliver to a variety of manufacturer standards.
The Administration Assistant is responsible for completing routine and ad hoc office administration duties for the BCA Bristol site. This will also include temperature checking all employees regularly to ensure they are able to work.
Role and Responsibilities:
Duties will include but not be limited to;
Answer general telephone calls and email enquiries
Perform office duties such as filing, photocopying, processing incoming and outgoing mail
Monitor central email account, including distribution of emails to correct point of contact
Process and track accounts receivable applications
Administer all payments in a timely manner
Handle vehicle sales documentation, including vehicle registrations
Servicing and MOT administration
Technical skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Experience in developing and maintaining administrative systems
Experience required:
Experience in an office support/administrative role
Customer relationship management experience
Good inter-personal skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills and time management
